Shipping & DOA Guarantee

We'll do everything we can to ensure your shipment has the best survival rate possible including professionally packing your order with insulation and if necessary, a heat pack or cold pack. We use a coral distributor that has decades of experience in shipping coral to ship all orders.  We only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to limit the possibility of a shipping delay running through the weekend. After you place your order we will contact you via email to arrange a shipping date. If you do experience a loss, please take photos of the dead coral still inside the bag and email them to info@wtfcoral.com along with your order number and brief description of the circumstances.  

 

SHIPPING: WE SHIP TO CONTINENTAL US ONLY!!! No shipments to HI or AK.

 

All items are shipped priority overnight using FedEx as the preferred carrier. It will be $50 flat rate shipping and handling including box, heat or cold packs. You must be present to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt, or the DOA Guarantee below becomes void. No local pick-up is available. We only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to limit the possibility of a shipping delay running through the weekend. After you place your order we will contact you via email to arrange a shipping date.

 

Shipping delays that result in live stock lost will not be covered under the Guarantee. We may decide to make accommodations for replacements or partial credit on a case-by-case basis. Sh*t happens, but we want you to have a great experience so we'll do what we can (within reason). WE DO NOT CREDIT OR REFUND ANY SHIPPING COST. 

 

Returns & DOA Guarantee:

 

We guarantee all of our items to arrive alive. If, for some reason, an item does not arrive alive, you must contact us via email, with detailed pictures of the item within one hour of the package's arrival. If you are not present to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt, this guarantee becomes void. If, in our opinion, the item is deemed to be deceased or defective, a credit will be applied to your account.

 

Refunds:

In the event a refund is approved for an intended purchase, the refund will be issued for the purchase price minus a 20% fee.
